Hujatul Islam Wal Muslimeen Mohammad Reza Bagheri Tehrani

1977-1987

His eminence Hujatul Islam Wal Muslimeen Mohammad Reza Bagheri Tehrani started his Islamic studies in 1977. 

He spent 10 years at the seminary (Hawza) of Tehran where he completed the introductory and initial studies under the supervision of the great scholars of that time.

In 1987, he joined the research circle (Bahth Kharij) of Ayatullah Jawad Tabrizi and Ayatullah Wahid Khorasani.

1987 - 2006

After that, he migrated to Qom and spent more than 20 years attending advanced studies under the supervision of the great scholars of the seminary in Qom.

2006

In 2006, under the direction of Ayatullah Wahid Khorasani, he migrated to Canada where he established the Khatam ul Nabeyeen Seminary and became the Secretary-General for the Al Khoei Foundation in Montreal. 

Believers of different nationalities have been benefiting from his presence as the director and Imam of the Alkhoei Foundation. The foundation comprises different facilities including a daycare, primary and secondary school as well as a religious centre.
